O & P Visa Letters of Consultation
Getting a visa to work as an artist in the United States is a time-consuming and frustrating process. Government bureaucracy and red tape are a hassle, especially when you're only going to be working in the country for a short time.
As part of this lengthy process, artists applying for these visas often need letters of consultation/no objection that vouch for their artistic excellence. These can be hard to get if you're not already in a union or other professional association (and sometimes even if you are). Fractured Atlas can help.
If you're working on an O or P Visa application — whether as an immigration attorney, an employer/petitioner, or a visiting artist/group of artists — we can review your materials and write a letter of consultation/no objection for the application. We can help ALL artists and creative professionals with this process. With thousands of members across the country (and internationally), our membership represents every discipline (including, among others, the performing, visual, literary, design, and media arts).
We can help make this process quick, easy, inexpensive, and efficient. Relevant visa application documents can be mailed, couriered, faxed, or, (the speediest option) emailed to our office. We'll do an immediate review and send our letter of consultation within one business day. Participating artists who aren't already members of Fractured Atlas are eligible to receive a free year of membership.

* A note for artists: We are not immigration attorneys and can't offer advice about the actual visa application/process. If you have questions about getting a visa, check out www.artistsfromabroad.org or contact one of the immigration attorneys listed on our Special Offers page. We are happy to provide further immigration attorney referrals upon request.
